The Starlock AIZ 32 AT MetalMax blade has a 30 times longer lifetime than BIM (bi-metal) blades when cutting hardened metal. It has high-quality carbide teeth for extreme materials, even hardened iron and very abrasive materials, with maximum wear resistance and robustness. This blade is intended for demanding metal applications such as stainless steel and plunge cuts in severely abrasive materials. It cuts metals, plasterboard, cement-bonded fibre boards, fibre-reinforced plastic and hardened nails and screws. The Starlock Snap-In mounting system allows fast blade removal and exchange within 3 seconds without having to touch the blade. The mounting system produces the highest power transfer thanks to a 3-dimensional tight-fitting connection between machine and accessory.
